Big Day

As usual, Josh was a fighter! Josh was able to move his wrist for the first time today, he is so far ahead of what is expected. Josh also had his feeding tube removed today and is able to eat what he wants to. (We all know how much Josh likes to eat :) ) The feeding tube was necessary because of the surgery. The incision was made in the front of his neck, which caused a lot of swelling and pain in his throat. Josh has a bit of fluid in his lungs, which caused him to get a fever today that gradually rose throughout the day, so a second surgery that was planned for tomorrow has been postponed until probably Tuesday. Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers!!! We love you.

Hello Pack family. My husband was a former student of Bro Pack and we just wanted you to know that our thoughts and prayers are with your family. What a trial this has got to be but Josh seems like an awesome young man and he seems to have a great attitude and determination to get through this. We hope that things continue to go well and he has a fast and miraculous recovery.
