Calling all Crock Pots

Okay this is a funny request. All of our kids are here with us now and we don't have an oven so I am cooking in a crockpot. So I am asking all of you wonderful cooks for EASY, remember we are in a studio apartment and little space, crockpot recipes. We would be so grateful and my kids tummies will thank you!
Email all of your wonderful recipes to us. Thanks and we love you all!

Hi, I just wanted to thank you guys for having our son & friends over at your guys' place over the weekend. He had blast. He thinks Marne is a great friend. He comes home all the time and wants to see if there is an update on your blog.. we are all rooting for Josh and your family :) You guys are all so strong.. you are in our prayers.

As for the crockpot recipes.. we just remodeled our kitchen and didn't have a stove for WAY too long so we got good at crockpot cooking.

One recipe our family loves is to just take some chicken breasts (as many as you'd like.. we usually use about 5-6 and they can be frozen). Stick them in the crockpot with a large can (or 2) of cream of chicken and a cream cheese and then also a dry italian seasoning packet sprinkled over the top. Cook for about 4 hours and serve over rice or noodles. So yummy!

Thanks again and thanks for being such great examples.

Umm...not all of your kids are with you in Denver. Elder Pack is still ours! And we're not going to let him go.....ever. (Well, maybe in April.) We love reading your updates here in the Arizona Phoenix Mission office and we are all cheering Joshua on. Go Cougars!
Love from Sister Terry and the APM office staff.

Hi Lisa, Jeni Jordan here. My favorite crock pot recipe is also the easiest on earth! Everything comes out of a can except the onion. Don't drain anything. Just dump it in and cook until hot.

Chicken Taco Soup
1 onion chopped
2 cans chunk chicken
1 can kidney beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can chopped tomatoes with chilis
1 can corn
1 large can chicken broth
1 package dry taco seasoning
1 package dry ranch dressing

Serve with shredded cheese and crunched up tortilla chips on top.
